Yes, we carry $3,000,000 in general liability and workers compensation. We are currently licensed and bonded in over 15 Cities and Villages in the Chicagoland area.

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1 year warranty on all work we perform. You will also receive various manufacturers warranties on the products used on your job.

How do I schedule a consultation, and how long are they typically?
You can request a consultation through our website, or feel free to call our office at 708.488.2900. All of our initial consultations are at no charge and are usually 1 hour.

During what hours can I schedule an appointment?
HMHS schedules appointments Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.

What are your rates?
Our labor rates range from $65 to $80 per man hour for hourly labor (with a 2 hour minimum), and we also can provide fixed bid costs for larger projects.

What type of projects do you do?
Our scope of work includes everything from simple 2 hour repairs and painting to full scale remodeling of kitchens, baths or entire homes.

How long does it typically take for the work to being once we agree on terms?
Typically within 2 weeks from acceptance of contract, but the schedule varies. Sometimes we are able to start within 1 week.
